• How your move looks from the hiring side. You'll see what gets agreed before a role is ever advertised and why shortlisting is where most career changes stall.

• Rebuilding your evidence. Learn how to rewrite your experience so a hiring manager in your new field recognises it, and why "transferable skills" doesn't do that job.

• Your story. How to answer "why the move?" so it reads as a direction of travel, including after a redundancy or when you're stepping down a level to step across.

• Guest Speaker. Time with someone who has changed direction in their career, covering what they tried first and what they changed when it didn't work. They stay on for the Q&A.
